Welcome to Rotterdam
This city of the Netherlands has been, until 2001, the largest port in the world. In fact,the city is nearly 30 kilometers from the coast. In those thirty kilometers around the canal that connects the city with the sea, the Nieuwe Waterweg, there are hundreds of docks, port facilities and oil terminals.
