About Quintana's Square
Framed by the east side of the cathedral and the imposing wall of the monastery of San Paio of Antealtares, is divided by a staircase in Quintana Quintana two and two Mortos Vivos.
In the first, the highest, is Parra's house and on your right, climbing stairs, enter a curious maze of streets, the Via Sacra which borders San Paio.
In the two Mortos (of the Dead, there was a cemetery praised for its proximity to the body of the Apostle), and the Holy Door, the majestic stands or Berengaria Clock Tower, designed by Domingo de Andrade, 72 meters high , richly carved.
If we continue down the other wide staircase, go down to the Plaza de Platerías where is the beautiful Italian-style fountain.
