Peine del Viento

The Peine del Viento XV (Wind Comb) is a collection of sculptures by Eduardo Chillida on an architectural work of the Basque architect Luis Peña Ganchegui, probably his most important and known work.

It is located at one end of the bay of La Concha, at the end of the Ondarreta beach in San Sebastian. It consists of three steel sculptures, embedded in a rock overlooking the Cantabrian Sea. The work was completed in 1976.

In addition to the sculptures, an aea around them was conditioned with a through put of air and water are supplied by the waves breaking against the rocks and sculptures.
