New York City or "The Big Apple" is one of the largest economic and cultural capitals of the world. Due to the constant movement of traffic, people and public transportation, New York is also known as "the city that never sleeps." The artistic and cultural influence of the city is arguably the strongest in the entire country. New York City truly offers a unique lifestyle and atmosphere that you must experience and enjoy.
The city includes a variety of attractions, neighborhoods, and buildings which are known on a global scale. Some of these include the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, which received millions of immigrants who came to America in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. On the business side of things, you can find Wall Street, and the New York Stock Exchange. In addition, it hosts the headquarters of the United Nations Organization, which makes it an important center for international relations throughout the world
Many of the world's tallest buildings are concentrated in NYC, among which is the iconic Empire State Building.
Absolutely amazing city, there's always something to do.
The touristic points are amazing. The one i liked most is the couple of islands, Liberty and Ellis. Another nice point but not so amazing is the Empire State Building and the Time Square. Everyone in the city seems late, all is fast.
The Big Apple is a city that captures you. All the skyscrapers, all the yellow taxis, all the people walking on Times Square. It's a pity that we have seen so many films of New York, that the first impression is not the same as decades before. I recommend walking a lot through this city, discover Chinatown, going on the weekend through Central Park, visits some of the great museums as the MET and buy on the thousands of shops there are. Really good prices if you have euros!
Hop on hop of bus a two days ticket including the night ticket and a boat trip round manhattan island 59dollar it was fantastick
Visited Time Square, 9/11 Memorial. Planning another trip to visit museums and art galleries
Travel with people to talk with in the city because it is kind of boring not talking to anyone in such a loud city. But it is a fun place to visit
Nervo central de NY. Bem turístico mas mesmo assim vale a visita. Mais interessante a noite.
I LOVE New York...historic, beautiful, and I don't even mind the crowds...hey, it is New York City, ya know?
There's none other like it! Expensive, sure, but it's a must for any city lover.
NYC.... En Especial Manhattan la gran manzana donde podemos disfrutar de la modernidad de esta preciosa ciudad y de una completa independencia para transitar por ella, sin duda alguna, mi ciudad favorita ya que posee una energia que contagia a quien la visite!!
