Lloret de Mar is a Spanish municipality in the comarca de la Selva, in the province of Gerona, Catalonia and the sea. Is endowed with excellent sand beaches.

It also has magnificent views of the castle at one end and the other a monument to which represents the suffering of women awaiting the return of their fishermen husbands. 

It is a popular spot for young Europeans for its lively nightlife, bars, nightclubs, high number of young people..etc. But it has endless places to visit and activities to do including water sports and adventure tourism.
