Types of Coffee (How to order coffee in Portugal)
- Coffee: the black coffee, espresso type, in Lisbon and Oporto bica called called cimbalino. It is a rich brown.
- Fulling: This is a cafe just double but less intense.
- Ping latte. Café just falls drop by drop, into "rags" and is somewhat less intense than the 'bicameral'.

- Blanching: coffee cup that has been preheated. There is a type of coffee, but a way of serving coffee.
- Decaffeinated com leite. The machine usually decaffeinated.
- Dark Galao machine. A gala with a little more coffee.
We ask for coffee with adoçante (sweetener). In some place the coffee is served directly with cinnamon pau, ie a stick of cinnamon. If not served may ask, is common. In Portugal some people use the cinnamon stick as a straw and sip coffee.
