East Side Gallery

The East Side Gallery is an international monument to freedom located in a part of the old wall that divided the city between 1961 and 1989.

The gallery consists of approximately 100 paintings over more than one km performed by international artists since 1990.

These paintings represent the turning point and express the euphoria and hope for a better and free future for all mankind
