About Ceuta

Ceuta is an autonomous city of Spain, located on the African shore of the Strait of Gibraltar, Almina the small peninsula at the mouth of the East. Is bordered to the north, east and south by the Mediterranean Sea.

Ceuta has many possibilities: besides the sun and beach tourism, which is little explored by tourists, it has a variety of monuments to be visited and which were left by the civilizations that passed through it.

As archaeological sites, highlight the Phoenicians, found near the front of the cathedral, or the late Roman basilica, which has a specific museum on it worthvisiting. The strength of the ax or the castle Desnarigado are other monuments whose visit is mandatory. Along with this macrocomplex, is besieged the village harbor, whichcoalesce many pubs and restaurants, providing a unique area in Spain.
