Amarelinho sits right by the impressive Theatro Municipal on the flagstones of Cinelandia, a bustling square at the heart of downtown Rio. Always packed at lunchtimes and after work, the bar serves well-kept draught beer and simple but very good Brazilian dishes. Prepared in high standards and good standards of hygiene procedures and the dishes offered are varied.
The menu is rich in possibilities and among the most requested dishes is feijoada, a stew, a steak and barbecue joint.
Some snacks are also a success especially as the chicken and quail bird.
All accompanied by the best beer in the neighborhood.
